The biggest improvement we gained was the speed.  The turnaround time waiting for applications is drastically reduced because it’s easy for drivers to fill out.  The fields force drivers to complete all the stages so everything is completed before orientation.  It has cut a half day out of our orientation process.

I used to have to meet weekly with our recruiter to button up holes in process.  Since implementing A-Suite Recruit, I no longer have to talk with our recruiter…which is another issue I’ll have to work on!

The structured interviews help us stay focused the right questions to get a quality answer from a driver.  It helps evaluate if this driver is truly the right fit for Bestway.
