I like the A-Fleet because if they have half a brain, they can use it without you being there.  They get a grade after completing each subject which lets me know if they understand the concept or not.  Training isn’t the most desirable thing for a lot of drivers but this gotten a good response.  The A-Fleet is not punishment like most training.  No one is proficient at everything and this jogs the memory of things they may have forgotten about.  Finally, it lets drivers know that we care and invest in safety – it’s important that safety stays top of mind.
