1st Quarter 2020 A-Suite Features Wrap-Up

Our team is always working hard to make A-Suite the best it can be for our customers with fixes, updates, and new features. In this article, we recap some of the best new features and functions that you can now enjoy in A-Suite!

Comply Forms

You can now send Comply Forms requests to candidates and employees from individual profiles, or from the candidate, employee, and records browsers.

A Comply Forms request provides an individual with a link to sign a form that they may be missing or that needs to be updated.

Log In Using Facebook/Google

Users can now register an account and log in using their Facebook and Google accounts.

When a potential candidate applies to an open position, they can create an account directly using their existing social profile. Clicking "Register using Facebook/Google Account" will auto-populate most fields, but users will need to enter their phone number manually.

Current A-Suite users can tie their existing account to a Google or Facebook login by clicking "Sign in Using Facebook/Google" on the main login screen. If the emails match, the account will automatically link; if the email address does not match, one extra step is needed.

Company Privacy Policy Configuration

You can add your company's privacy policy to your main login screen. In A-Suite, navigate to System Settings > Site Preferences. Here, you can add text or a link to your privacy policy on your website.

Create New Candidate Form Welcome E-Mail

You can choose whether or not to send a welcome email or text message to candidates from the Create Candidate dialog box. Make sure to enter a valid email address and phone number, and mark the phone number as a mobile phone. Then you will see the selection boxes to send each type of welcome greeting.

Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse Queries

The Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse allows you to batch-upload a list of names to run queries on. To help this process, A-Suite now has a feature where you can download a spreadsheet with all necessary information to submit one of these batch requests from the Employee or Candidates browsers.
